Rich Oreo Choc Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
225g/8oz Butter
240g Cooking Chocolate
3 Large Eggs
1 tsp Coffee Powder
1 tsp Essence Vanilla
250g Castor Sugar
60g Flour*
40g Cocoa Powder*
1/2 tbsp BP*
1 tsp Salt*(* mixed together)
1/2 packs Oreos Cookies- break & mix with 15g Flour
chocolate chips
METHOD:
Melt chocolate & add butter.Stir until smooth.
Whisk eggs, coffee, EV & sugar until smooth.
Add in chocolate mixture & stir well.
Fold in flour mixture until well mixed.
Finally fold in Oreos and chocolate chips
Bake 170C for 45 min
