Air Kacang Soya








Bahan-bahan:

500 gm kacang soya
Sedikit garam
Gula secukup rasa
Beberapa helai daun pandan
Air secukupnya
Cara:
1. Rendamkan kacang soya sebanyak 500gm dalam air selama 24 jam. ( aku rendam semalaman je)

2. Basuh kacang soya dan toskan

3. Kisar kacang soya bersama air dalam mesin pengisar (ukurannya ialah secawan kacang soya bersamaan dua cawan air)

4. Tapis kacang soya yang telah dikisar dengan kain sebelum dimasukkan kedalam periuk (ini untuk mengelakkan air soya berkeladak)

5. Proses mengisar boleh diulangi mengikut kepekatan air soya yang diingini.

6. Seterusnya masak air soya itu dengan api yang kecil (air soya hendaklah sentiasa dikacau)

7. Masukkan beberapa daun pandan

8. Masukkan secubit garam

9. Masukkan gula secukup rasa

10. Sekarang anda boleh menikmatilah air soya anda...selamat mencuba

Mexican Bun



Bahan-bahan ( 17 biji bun )

Filling
-200 gm mentega
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
-70 gm brown sugar
Topping
-200 gm mentega
-160 gm gula icing
-3 biji telur grade A- pukul sedikit
-1 suduk kecil perisa kopi- boleh diganti dgn melarutkan 2 sudu besar instant coffee dengan 1 sudu besar air panas.
-200 gm tepung gandum
Doh Roti
-500 gm tepung berprotin tinggi- di ayak
-2 sudu kecil bread improver+ 2 sudu kecil bread softener ( optional)
-20 gm susu tepung
-75 gm gula castor
-3 sudu kecil dry yeast
-1 sudu kecil garam
-1 biji telur- dipukul
-250 ml air/ susu segar ( Jgn gunakan susu tepung sekiranya menggunakan susu segar).
-60 gm mentega
Cara-cara

Filling- Pukul mentega dgn mixer pada kelajuan sederhana selama 3 minit. Masukkan essence & gula perang. Simpan di dalam petisejuk sehingga sedia untuk digunakan.



Topping- Putar mentega dgn mixer pada kelajauan sederhana selama 5 minit. Perlahan2 masukkan telur,gula icing, & coffee flavoring. Ayakkan tepung kedalam adunan and putar lagi pada kelajuan perlahan sehingga semua sebati. Simpan didalam petisejuk sehingga sedia utk digunakan.



Doh Roti


-Gaul rata tepung, gula dan garam didalam mangkuk.
-Masukkan yeast, bread improver & bread softener ( jika menggunakannya) dan gaul rata lagi.
-Masukkan telur dan air/susu segar.
-Uli adunan sehingga menjadi adunan dan masukkan mentega. Uli lagi sehingga lembut & elastik selama 10-15 minit.
-Bahagikan dough kpd 17 biji bola kecil dan tutup dgn film cling selama 10 min.
-Leperkan dough di atas tapak tgn & letakkan inti/filling. Tutup rapat supaya inti tidak meleleh keluar sewaktu dibakar.
-Susun diatas loyang pembakar yg sudah dilenser dgn mentega/minyak/tepung dan jarakkan dlm 7.5 cm.
-Rehatkan selama 45 min ditempat panas (warm).
-Pipe kan topping diatas bun secara spiral bermula dari top center.
-Bakar didlm oven yg telah dipanaskan pada suhu 170C selama 15 min atau sehingga bun keperangan.

Ikan Siakap 3 Rasa (dengan hirisan buah mangga)




Bahan-bahan:
Utk ikan:
1 ekor Ikan Siakap
Tepung jagung - untuk di lumur pada ikan
Sedikit garam - untuk dilumur pada ikan
Minyak untuk menggoreng ikan

Utk kuah:
3 biji bawang putih - diketuk
1 biji bawang besar - potong dadu
10 biji cili padi - potong kecik-kecik (saya xletak sebab xnak pedas)
1 inci halia - dihiris kecik
1 biji tomato - potong dadu (pun xletak sebab xdan nak beli)
1 biji mangga - yang dihiris tebal
2 sudu besar sos tomato
2 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar sos ikan
1 sudu besar kicap pekat
Garam secukup rasa
Gula secukup rasa
Minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuatnya:
Ikan dibersihkan dan ditoskan
Lumurkan ikan dengan garam.Pastikan semua bahagian di lumur rata
Kemudian, lumurkan pula dengan tepung jagung. Lumur ke dua-dua belah bahagian ikan termasuk bahagian dalam
Panaskan minyak yang banyak di dalam kuali
Pastikan minyak betul-betul panas barulah di masukkan ikan tadi
Goreng terendam ikan tersebut
Setelah ikan garing, angkat dan ketepikan
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali yang lain
Tumiskan cili padi, halia dan bawang putih
Setelah bawang agak layu, masukkan sos cili, sos tomato, sos tiram, kicap pekat dan sos ikan
Kacau sebentar
Masukkan bawang besar, tomato dan mangga
Masukkan air sedikit
Tambahkan garam, gula dan serbuk perasa (jika perlu)
Biarkan kuah mereneh seketika
Setelah kuah agak pekat, angkat dan curahkan di atas ikan yang telah digoreng tadi

Resepi Mee Kari
















Bahan-bahan ( 6 orang )


*** Bahan untuk kuah :

  • 4 sudu besar serbuk kari daging – dibancuh dengan sedikit air / santan
  • 2 Bungkus Santan Pekat
  • 1 tin sardin kecil – dikisar sedikit, jangan sampai terlalu hancur (**) - dikisar berasingan dari bahan (*) - saya xletak
  • 500gm ayam – dipotong kecil-kecil (boleh dikurangkan jika terlalu banyak)
  • 4 tangkai daun kari
  • Bunga cengkih & kayu manis secukupnya
  • 1 labu bawang besar – dikisar (*)
  • 6 ulas bawang merah – dikisar (*)
  • 6 ulas bawang putih – dikisar (*)
  • 200gm isi kerang – lebih banyak lebih sedap pada yang suka kerang. - saya xletak
  • Fish ball & fish cake secukupnya – dihiris mengikut citarasa
  • 3 biji kentang -dipotong dadu.
  • 4 potong labu. direbus dan dikisar. (untuk pekatkan kuah.)
  • 4 keping asam keping / asam gelugur
  • Garam & perasa secukupnya
  • *** Lain-lain bahan & hiasan :
  • 1 kg mee kuning – dicelur sedikit dengan air panas dan toskan
  • Taugeh – dicelur
  • Kacang panjang – dipotong anggaran 1” dan dicelur
  • Tauhu – digoreng dan dihiris mengikut citarasa
  • Telur rebus – boleh guna telur ayam @ telur puyuh
  • Fish cake secukupnya – goreng dan hiris mengikut citarasa
  • Cili merah – dihiris halus -xletak
  • Daun bawang & daun sup – dihiris halus
  • Limau kasturi secukupnya - dibelah dua

Cara-cara

  1. Untuk kuah : Tumis daun kari, bunga cengkih dan kulit kayu manis. Masukkan bahan yang bertanda (*) dan tumis hingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan serbuk kari dan tumis lagi hingga pecah minyak.
  3. Masukkan sedikit santan dan juga ikan sardin yang telah dikisar tadi. Biarkan hingga mendidih.
  4. Masukkan ayam, tambah sikit santan jika perlu, dan masak lagi hingga ayam empuk.
  5. Masukkan labu yang dah dikisar.
  6. Masukkan pula asam keping baki santan tadi dan masak hingga mendidih.
  7. Akhir sekali masukkan kerang, fish ball, fish cake dan juga garam dan perasa.
  8. Biarkan hingga mendidih. Siap kuahnya...
  9. Cara hidangan : Masukkan mee kuning ke dalam mangkuk, letakkan taugeh, kacang panjang, tauhu, fish cake dan telur rebus di atasnya. Tabur cili merah, daun sup/bawang, perah limau kasturi dan tuang kuah. Siap untuk dimakan!

½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter
½ Cup Raw Honey
½ Cup V/C/B Formula I
1 Cup Fresh Toasted Wheat Germ
1 Cup Chopped Roasted Peanuts
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Sunflower Seeds
Mix, roll into balls and dust with coconut and/or finely chopped nuts. Great make ahead snack for small meetings! Will serve four people for a full meal or many people to taste.

PROTEIN BALLS
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup V/C/B Formula I
1 Cup Low fat Dry Milk Powder
1 Cup Raw Honey
Use one or all:
Fresh Roasted Wheat Germ
Freshly Chopped Nuts


Mix and form into small balls. Roll in chopped nuts or wheat germ. Store in refrigerator. Makes 8 full meals

DATE DELIGHTS (high fat)
¼ Cup Butter
¼ Cup Raw Honey
¼ Cup V/C/B Formula I
1 Cup Chopped Dates
1 Cup Granola (your choice)
Melt butter and honey, add dates and cook until dates are almost dissolved. Add granola and Formula I. When cool enough to handle, roll into balls. Optional-roll in coconut and/or finely chopped nuts. Makes 2 full meals or many to taste.

FORMULA 1 BARS
1 Cup Formula I (any flavor)

1 Cup Dry Non-fat Powdered Milk
3/4 Cup Regular Oatmeal (not instant)
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds (optional)
1/3 Cup Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Honey
3 Dessert spoons. Water plus a few drops
It will be really dry. Presses into a quare pan and refrigerate. Cut into 8 bars and individually wrap. Store in refrigerator.
1 Bar + Tablets + Water = a meal

GOODIE BARS
8 OZ Carob Chips (or chocolate)
6 Dessert spoons. Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Fresh Toasted Wheat Germ
1 Cup V/C/B Formula I
vanilla. Stir in wheat germ and Formula I. Press into a buttered 8" square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 8 bars and individually wrap. Store in refrigerator. I bar - 1 serving

SHAKE BARS
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Vanilla or Chocolate Formula I
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ (Honey Crunch) or Sesame Seeds
Mix together and add:
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Honey
Mix thoroughly. Press into an 8x8 pan. Cut into 8 bars. Each bar equals one shake. Add supplements and you have a meal! Wrap in plastic wrap to store as individual bars.
OPTIONS:
add Cinnamon to taste
Natural Peanut Butter

FRUIT PUDDING
½ Cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese
½ Cup Fresh, Raw or cooked Fruit
2-3 oz Orange Juice
2 Dessert spoons. Raw Honey
2 Dessert spoons. V/C/B Formula I
Mix in blender, put in refrigerator until thick and serve cool, Great as topping for pancakes or waffles. Serves 1

APPLE PIE AND CREAM made with Herbalife Formula 1

1 Medium Sized Apple, cut up
1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
2 Dessert spoons. - Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
Mix thoroughly in blender and serve. A slice of Apple on the rim of the glass is a nice touch for decoration. Serves 1

FORMULA 1 PUDDING made with Herbalife Formula 1
1 Pkt. Instant Pudding mix (any flavor)
2 Cups Non-fat Milk (cold)
8 Dessert spoons. - Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
Mix well until firm (approximately 2 minutes).
Pour into four ½ cup serving dishes. Each 1/2 cup serving equals one shake.
**For variety, you can change the taste by using strawberry, almond, banana or other flavorings.
**To cut calories further, use same amounts of pudding and milk, but add 2 Dessert spoons. of Formula I. Mix and pour into 5 serving dishes. Fewer calories but still a great slim & trim dessert.

FLORIDA FIZZ made with Herbalife Formula 1
3 oz Fresh Florida Orange Juice
1 oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
2 Dessert spoons. - Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
4 oz. Diet Orange Crush
Blend first three ingredients thoroughly. Add Diet Orange Crush and stir. Serve over ice. P.S. Try this with fresh strawberries, pineapple juice and Diet Strawberry Crush. Delicious and low in calories. Serves 1

1 1/2 Cups Water

3/4 Cup Warm Water (boil and let cool)
1/3 Cup Non-fat Powdered Milk
1/2 Small Banana
1 Tsp. Carob Powder
2 Dessert spoons. - Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serves 1

BARBARA JELLY DRINK made with Herbalife Formula 1
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp. Sugar Free Jelly (any flavor)
2 oz. Herbal Aloe Juice
2 Dessert spoons. - Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
Blend Jelly and water (water needs to be just warm enough to mix Jelly). Add Formula I and Herbal Aloe Juice when Jelly mix is about room temperature. Mix and serve. Serves 1
